Aspiria’s programs are voluntary and confidential. They are accessible from anywhere in North America, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through our Clinical Response Centre.

You can rest assured that your use of our services will be handled with professionalism, compassion and confidentiality. No one will know that you have used Aspiria’s services except with your written permission. There are no invoices or claims to submit as the cost of your EAP is pre-paid by your organization whether you use it or not.
You will not run into anyone from your company in our counselling offices because we do not book back-to-back appointments with two employees of the same company. Your counselling appointments are held in our off-site offices, away from your workplace. You will not receive identifying messages from us, at home or work, without your permission. Your clinical file is treated professionally like a medical record and will not be released to anyone without your written permission.
Your counsellor is a professional who adheres to the standards, ethics and respect of the professional-client relationship. Confidentiality is assured within the limits of the law.
