- No one will know that you have used Aspiria’s services except with your written permission. There are no invoices or claims to submit as the cost of your EAP is pre-paid by your organization whether you use it or not.
- You will not run into anyone from your organization in our counselling offices because we do not book back-to-back appointments with two members of the same organization.
- Your counselling appointments are held in our off-site offices, away from your workplace.
- You will not receive identifying messages from us, at home or work, without your permission.
- Your clinical file is treated professionally like a medical record and will not be released to anyone without your written permission.
- Your counsellor is a professional who adheres to the standards, ethics and respect of the professional-client relationship.
