Professional Consultation Services – We will be pleased to provide confidential telephone consultation for The City managers to address challenging employer-employee issues. The consultation will cover a range of issues including performance management, organizational change, substance abuse, workplace conflict, violence, trauma and harassment.

Other areas where we provide professional consultation include:

  • Disgruntled employees
  • Gossip problems
  • Inappropriate or abusive behaviour
  • Hygiene issues
  • Mental illness
  • Potential violence
  • Substance abuse
  • Eating disorders

Assisted Referral Services – Aspiria’s Monitored Referral Program (MRP) is utilized by the employer when they have directed a troubled employee to the services of our EAP in order to monitor the employee’s motivation and counselling progress.  For example, when an employer has knowledge of a substance abuse problem with an employee or other issues, Aspiria’s EAP can monitor the employee’s counselling for the employer with the employee’s written consent.  Information regarding the employee’s compliance and attendance in EAP and subsequent treatment will be reported to the employer.

No clinical content from the employee’s counselling sessions is reported to the employer.  This program is available as value added to the employer and may be utilized on an as needed basis.  To ensure that the monitored referral process is being used in appropriate situations, we would assist a customer in designing specific protocols, identifying in advance the contact people who would appropriately initiate our Assisted Referral Services.

Aspiria’s senior management team provide confidential telephone or in-person consultations for managers and key personnel to address difficult employer-employee issues. The consultations cover a range of issues including performance management, organizational change, substance abuse, workplace conflict, violence, trauma and harassment.
