How is LifeCoaching different from Counselling?

Life coaching is primarily concerned with your present and future while counselling is designed to assist you in overcoming negative life experiences or recover from a difficult emotional time in your life.

Life coaching takes up where counselling leaves off and moves you forward in your life. Those who come to coaching may have many areas they are dissatisfied with in their life but they are not immobilized emotionally. They may need assistance to create a new plan for themselves and they know they have the emotional energy to do so.
