Wellness Workshops

Structured in a lunch ‘n learn style, our Wellness Workshops assist groups of employees with a variety of lifestyle issues. Our experienced facilitators proactively address issues such as stress, work-home balance, depression, nutrition, child and elder care, anxiety and conflict. All workshops are conducted in a comfortable environment where employees will learn practical skills and techniques that they can apply in their daily lives.
